ATT A BOY PRESSURE CLEANING'S SERVICES

Att A Boy Pressure Cleaning is a full service exterior cleaning company (except for windows, which we admittedly suck at).  We are professionally trained and highly skilled to manage all of your exterior pressure cleaning needs.  We specialize in special problems, including whitening of pavers.

In addition to our skilled staff, we offer the highest quality customer service with a fully staffed office to manage your needs.  You won't get a distracted person on a cell phone when you call our office - you'll have the full attention of our office manager, Christine.

Below is a brief summary of the services we offer and what you can expect:

CUSTOMER SERVICE:  Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  You can reach us by both telephone and email.  Your business is very important to us.  You can't imagine how excited we get when you call.  Your own mother isn't as thrilled to get a call from you as we are.  Honest.  Once you request an estimate, we typically have the results for you within 24 hours.  If you're not present for the estimate, we will call you or email you with the results.  We will also retain the prices on file so that when you call in the future we can service you without delay. 

With several fully staffed crews on board, there's no lengthy delays for service.  We can usually accomodate you within a few days.  The only exception to this is the months September - January when we are at our busiest.  If you want service during those months, we implore you to schedule early!

ROOF PRESSURE CLEANING: Att A Boy Pressure Cleaning will pressure wash your roof, chemically treating it as needed only. Att A Boy is adverse to using ANY unnecessary chemicals on your roof, but an excessively dirty roof, or a roof that has not been cleaned in a very long time can occasionally require the use of chemicals or it will not come clean. Once your roof is pressure cleaned to a spotless finish, we will come down and rinse down the entire house, leaving the surrounding property the same - or better - than it was before. Att A Boy Pressure Cleaning highly recommends using Roof-a-Cide rather than pressure cleaning (see below).

ROOF-A-CIDE:  Att A Boy Pressure Cleaning highly endorses Roof-a-Cide rather than traditional roof pressure cleaning.  Please read more about Roof-a-Cide by clicking here.

WALKAROUND: Beginning from the very edge of the first tile of your roof, we chemically clean your entire house with a small amount of soap and an insecticide to remove and kill all the bugs on your home, as well as the spider webs, stains, dirt and mud dobbers - leaving your home sparkling clean! We use a very low pressure to clean the walls of the home to prevent any paint damage.

PAVERS: We believe that all pavers should be steam-cleaned. We are one of the few companies that owns the pricey equipment to clean your pavers properly. Cold water does not remove whitening, excessive oil stains and requires harsh chemicals to properly clean which can damage and fade pavers. Att A Boy Pressure cleaning will steam clean your pavers. In addition, Att A Boy Pressure Cleaning professionally seals pavers by applying one heavy coat, then waiting for up to an hour before applying a second coat. We recommend sealing your pavers every 15-18 months using only high quality sealers. With the proper sealer, you may be able to condition the pavers to bring back the shine rather than resealing, often adding up to a year of life to your paver surfaces. When sealing paver pool decks, we recommend sealing them every 2-3 years due to the decreased wear and tear. Excessive sealing can cause a slippery surface and we discourage sealing them more frequently than this for this reason.  (Please note, we discourage sealing pavers during the rainy summer months and suggest you wait until the fall to seal.)

PATIOS: Att A Boy Pressure Cleaning soaps and cleans all screened enclosures inside and out, removing and killing all bugs, spider webs/eggs and dirt. We professionally clean the deck (using chemicals only as needed) and clean your patio furniture to complete the job.

PAYMENT:  All fees are due at the time of service.  If you are unable to be present during the service, we request that you leave payment in the form of a check made payable to "Att A Boy" somewhere for us to find (under a door mat, perhaps?).  We currently do not accept credit cards in an effort to keep our prices competitive, but we are considering it in the future.
